I think we’re preparing, but I’m not sure we’re ready yet. There are still so many systems using traditional encryption.

That’s exactly the point! Imagine quantum computers becoming powerful enough to threaten the encryption protecting banking, government, healthcare, and other sensitive data.

But that’s why researchers are developing Post-Quantum Cryptography, right?

Yep! PQC aims to create encryption algorithms that can resist attacks from quantum computers.

It’s not that simple. There are billions of devices, applications, databases, and communication systems that would need to be updated.

And some encrypted information being stolen today could potentially be saved and decrypted in the future once quantum technology becomes powerful enough.

Imagine explaining to someone 20 years ago that AI would write code.
