These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, www.quantstar.io (the “Site”), including any content, functionality, and services offered through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility

You further agree to this clause in all verbal statements or literature that is posted on any of our online forums or any online live forums or events, such as the Qubit Café, online conference, or online meetings, large or small.

You may not copy, distribute, or exploit Site materials without prior written consent. We reserve the right to pursue any breaches of this clause to the fullest extent permitted by law in any jurisdiction including nationally, internationally, or in any cross-border governing body.
